Since establishing a prominent restaurant franchise, the name Poulet had become synonymous with quality foods. Their successful "Buffalo Wing" and "Crispy Wings" sauces are already recognized as the finest products of their types. Recently, it was decided to market the Poulet family of products to the retail consumer.

The marketing philosophy was to capitalize on the already successful image that we created for their restaurants. The results have further established the Poulet brand, and opened the door for their growing product line.
